Tarot Guide Kate

As a Tarot Guide©, I use tarot and oracle cards to inspire dialogue around a question or issue that may benefit from interaction reflection with a compassionate, interested yet uninvolved person who helps you uncover options and choices aligned with your values, goals, and desires.

Tarot provides insight and cards may have different ways of being interpreted depending on the question or area of inquiry. A reading with me includes dialogue. Your impressions of cards are important, too, since people sometimes fear cards that can infer things far less scary such as drawing death or the devil. No matter the card, I always offer the positive intent and shadow potential equally present in each image.

I was first exposed to tarot in childhood and use of tarot has been lifelong learning. I continually pursue self-study to incorporate different belief systems and ways to view and use tarot, oracle, and SoulCollage® cards. I completed The Sisters Enchanted Holistic Witchery Certificate Program in February 2022, their Tarot Throwdown class, and TSE’s Tarot & Storytelling class. I have taken workshops and classes from Daily Tarot Girl and Biddy Tarot. I am a trained SoulCollage® facilitator and incorporate SoulCollage® cards in readings, if desired.

My formal education used in offering tarot guide services includes a Master of Arts in adult learning and development and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on visual arts and communication. I hold a 100-hour meditation teacher certificate and am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a Restorative Yoga credential.

[I also earned my Master of Social Work degree. It is important to know that the practice of social work is considered mental health care and Kate does not provide readings for current therapy clients to avoid any confusion around what is medical treatment and what is for personal growth and insight. Engaging in a tarot guide© reading does not establish a client-therapist relationship.]
